Mud Tank
Classification :
1. Composition
The cement tank consists of the following parts: tank steel structure, ladder, guardrail, feeding pipe, dust collector, pressure safety valve, high and low material level gauge, discharge valve, etc.
2. Structure
The cement tank has a cylindrical structure, with four garden tube legs supporting the entire tank at the bottom. The entire tank is made of steel structure and welded; there is a dust collector and a pressure safety valve on the top.
3. Product specifications
See the contract and drawing attachments.
4. Instructions for use
1. When the cement tank is working, it must be erected by a special crane and then placed on the prefabricated concrete foundation. The perpendicularity of the cement tank to the horizontal plane after being erected must be checked, and then the cement tank must be erected. The bottom and the foundation embedded parts are welded firmly.
2. After the cement tank is fixed, the bulk cement truck transports the cement to the construction site, and then connects the transport pipeline of the bulk cement truck to the feed pipeline of the cement tank, and uses the gas pressure of the bulk cement truck to transport the cement to the construction site. The cement inside is transported into the cement tank.
3. During the process of transporting cement into the cement tank, for vibrating filter-type dust collectors, the operator must continuously press the button of the vibration motor of the dust collector to shake off the cement attached to the bag of the dust collector. Prevent the bag from being blocked and causing explosion. For pulse backflush bag dust collectors, make sure the backflush air source and equipment power supply are connected before transporting cement.
4. Once the bag is blocked and the pressure in the tank exceeds the safety pressure of the pressure safety valve on the top of the tank, the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the tank to prevent the occurrence of tank explosion accidents.
5. The tank fullness and lack of material can be observed through the high and low material level gauges.
6. When the cement conveying device fails, first close the manual unloading valve at the bottom of the vertebral body to prevent cement from overflowing and causing waste.
5. Things to note
1. During the installation process, it is strictly prohibited to tilt the tank or deform the legs.
2. The bottom of the outriggers and the foundation embedded parts are welded firmly.
3. Do a good job in wind and lightning protection.
4. It is strictly prohibited to hit the legs and the tank with force.
5. Regularly check the cement adhesion of the dust collector bag and clean it in time.
6. The foundation must be solid and comply with building design specifications.
